Eye of Cthulu is one of the newly introduced mobs you can get in the Tides of Terraria update! The update is a collaboration with the action-adventure sandbox game, Terraria.
The Tides of Terraria update adds Terraria content in the game, along with new Pals and equipment, a new area, new bosses, and more!

Inside the The Terraria Dungeon
Eye of Cthulu is located inside the Terraria Dungeon, southeast of Fisherman's Point. Fast travel to the Eagle Statue and then cross the sea to reach the Sealed Realm of Terraria island where the Terraria Dungeon is found!
