List of Contents
Active skill | Effect | Pals |
---|---|---|
Blizzard Spike |
CT: 45 Power: 130 |
We recommend Blizzard Spike as your go-to active skill for fights. It causes AoE damage and hits multiple times on impact. This can also freeze pals or enemies, which is especially useful when exploiting the weakness of the Dragon-type pal, Jetragon.
Active skill | Effect | Pals |
---|---|---|
Fire Ball |
CT: 55 Power: 150 |
|
Hydro Laser |
CT: 55 Power: 150 |
For bosses or enemies that cannot be affected by any Ice-type skills, we recommend using Fire Ball or Hydro Laser. These moves are as powerful as Blizzard Spike, so be sure to have these as back up!
Active skill | Effect | Pals |
---|---|---|
Beam Comet |
CT: 50 Power: 140 |
Beam Comet is Jetragon's exclusive Active Skill, which fires off multiple Dragon-element missiles that accurately track enemies and deal damage on impact.
Multiple missiles can hit the same target and deal devastating damage, especially against Dark Pals.
Active skill | Effect | Pals |

|
Fire Ball |
CT: 55 Power: 150 |
|
Spirit Flame |
CT: 16 Power: 75 |
Burn and Poison are both status effects that deal a percentage of the enemy's health as damage, making them effective against bosses with high a HP pool such the Lv. 50 Legendary Pals.
Most Fire skills apply burn while Poison Blast is the only Active Skill tha can inflict poison.

|
Sand Tornado |
CT: 18 Power: 80 |

CT: 18 Power: 80 |
|
Mystic Whirlwind |
CT: 10 Power: 70 |
Tornado moves such as Grass Tornado push two elemental hurricanes at a target location and can hit multiple times, especially against larger enemies. With a large enough target, being hit in the right spot, these skills can deal massive damage for how relatively short their cooldowns are.

---|---|---|
Seed Mine |
CT: 13 Power: 65 |
|
Blizzard Spike |
CT: 45 Power: 130 |
|
Ignis Rage |
CT: 40 Power: 120 |
|
Lightning Strike |
CT: 40 Power: 120 |
These skills are the best when dealing Area of Effect, or AoE, damage! We recommend equipping these skills for going into Hunting Areas or enemy camps!

|
Hydro Jet |
CT: 2 Power: 30 |
|
Icicle Cutter |
CT: 10 Power: 55 |
|
Dragon Cannon |
CT: 2 Power: 30 |
These Active Skills are effective for farming weaker Pals or adjusting a Boss' HP to capture it.
Stone Blast fires multiple projectiles that spread out, which can deal a lot of damage to larger enemies such as bosses. On the other hand, Icicle Cutter deals a good chunk of damage, freezes enemies, and can be effective against bosses.

Tier | Criteria |
---|---|
SS Tier Active Skills include the most powerful skills in the game, and are usually found in the later parts of the game. | |
S Tier Active Skills are solid additions to your Pal's active skill list, and will help you transition to end game. | |
A Tier Active Skills are great upgrades over B Tier's active skills. | |
B Tier Active Skills help you progress early, but will usually fall off as more powerful come up. |
SS and S Tier skills are great your pal's most powerful moves. Pals usually open in combat with these moves.
A Tier skills are your 'mid' level skills, to fill in the downtime when your big skills are on cooldown.
B Tier skills serve as filler skills - skills to be used when your big and mid-level skills are on cooldown.
You can change Pal Active Skills in the Party tab. To do this, select a Pal, go to its skills, and select the active skill you want to equip. This can be done multiple times, so don't worry about it being limited.
Changing active skills can also be done in the Pal Box, including the skills of the pals that are working in your base!
Active Skills are naturally learned by leveling up Pals! So gather as much as you can, explore the world, or bring pals out in fights to level up!
You can also get Active Skills by consuming Skill Fruits from Skill Fruit Trees scattered around the world! Do note that you can only consume these fruits once.
