Building an endgame base is first on your Post Game checklist, and involves finding the best location with nearby rare resources as well as setting up a secure and well-fortified base that's also efficient at producing materials and resources.
While it's possible to first focus on increasing base production and efficiency, keep in mind that invading humans and pals during raid events scale in size and level with your player, so it's always a good idea to fortify your base as you build!

While it's possible to start breeding Pals while completing the story, it's better to leave breeding to the endgame once you have a secure base with steady production of ingredients to cook Cake!
This special resource is required for breeding pals to pass down their passive skills, in particular yellow passive skills that are among the strongest in the game and will greatly increase a Pal's effectiveness in combat!

Palworld has a large map and even after setting up multiple bases and getting ancient technology such as grappling guns, traveling through the world is time consuming when you're on foot.
Breeding the fastest possible Pal with speed-increasing passive skills is another endgame venture you can focus on during the Post Game, and will make exploration a lot easier!

Even after setting up an endgame base and breeding the strongest Pals, there's still more to explore in the Palapagos Islands!
Activate all fast travel points throughout the map, gather all Lifmunk Effigies to increase your capture rate, and capture all the Legendary Pals in the game!

Palworld currently has no official post game as of Version 1.3, though there's still plenty of things to do after you complete the game's main story!
Whether you're playing single or multipllayer, building a secure and efficient base for endgame will take a lot of time and resources to achieve.
Story Walkthrough Completion Guide
Both PvP and Endgame Raid Bosses are coming in a future update to Palworld. On top of securing an endgame base, you can also focus on preparing your Pals for pvp and raid bosses so you can jump right into the action once the update releases!
