Above are the known drops for Syndicate Thugs.
Syndicate Thugs are human enemies in Palworld that often engage in dangerous or illegal activities, ranging from poaching Pals to keeping them captive in cages at camps. They can be found lurking around, fighting a Pal, or guarding a camp. These thugs can be caught with a Pal Sphere, albeit has a significantly lower chance than catching Pals.
They are valuable source of Pal Spheres in early game next to farming Ranch Pal Spheres with a Vixy. On top of that, they also drop Gold Coins and ammo (which is useful to save for later in the game).
Variants of Syndicate Thugs, such as the Syndicate Gunner, have different weapons and become stronger as you explore more higher-level areas. Keep an eye out for the items they dopped, since they are not found on the Paldeck.
Syndicate Camps are outposts for Syndicate members, often always holding a captive Pal. They can be identified for their roundish design.
From a great distance, you can figure out their location by spotting campfire smoke which acts like a beacon.
Syndicate Camps usually have captive Pal in a cage guarded by Syndicate Thugs. They can be rescued by interacting with the door lock to their cage. This can be done even if the guarding Syndicate Thugs are alive.
Captive Pals are usually rarer than the common Pals in the area, and may be a Pal that is not usually found within the current habitat (for example, an Arsox held captive may be found in an early game area). Keep a look out for these to add more Pals onto your Paldeck!
