Quivern's Partner Skill is Sky Dragon's Affection. Unfortunately, this is only useful when Quivern is your active Pal.

As for its Work Suitabilities, Quivern is best suited for Mining focused bases. This is because it has Gathering to help Planting and Watering Pals feed the base, Mining to destroy any natural spawning ore nodes, and Transporting to move whatever items are dropped on the ground into chests or feed boxes.

These four skills create a good balance between an increased Work Speed, increased Movement Speed for Transporting items and quickly moving from task to task, and an Attack Boost to defend the base.

In total, Quivern will get a +65% Work Speed, a +45% Movement Speed, and a +35% Attack boost.

Quivern Best Active Skills

Grass Tornado	Its best attack since it provides crown control while hitting multiple enemies.
Draconic Breath	A Dragon-type attack that hits multiple enemies in front of Quivern.
Acid Rain	A slow-moving attack that can destroy enemies that are grouped up.

Do note that if you have raids turned off in the world settings, then active skills don't matter for Quivern's best base build.
