The table above shows every Pal with a Handiwork Work Suitability, along with its level. The Higher the level of the Work Suitability, the faster they are at completing tasks of that Work Suitability.
By using the Pal Essence Condenser, it's possible to upgrade all of a Pal's Work Suitabilities by one level. This is important because it's the only way to get a Pal with a Lv. 5 Work Suitability! As long as the Pal already has a Lv. 4 Work Suitability, it'll be upgraded to Lv. 5 once it's been ranked up to 4-Stars

Anubis is the best late-game Pal for Handiwork because it's the only Pal that has Handiwork Lv. 4. It also has the common Transporting Work Suitability, which is always useful to have on any Pal working at a base.
However, if you're planning on using Anubis solely for Handiwork tasks, remember to pick it up and fix its assignment so that it doesn't run off to do other tasks.

Depending on what Pals are needed at your base, the Pals may be better options over Anubis. This is especially true for bases that benefit from Pals having multiple Work Suitabilities.

Handiwork is essential for players since it allows Pals at the base to automatically craft items that the player needs while they go off and do other things.
Without a Handiwork Pal, players will need to manually craft and items wait until the item is finished. This gets a lot worse at later levels where it takes a lot longer time for items to finish crafting.
Handiwork also allows Pals to automatically build structures that were placed down in the build mode. This is useful since the player can continue to plan and place down structures while their Pals are building them in the background.
