Berry Plantation and Wheat Plantation are two Technologies that you can craft to plant seeds. Berries are also the easiest to grow, but planting Wheat Seeds is also viable once you unlock Wheat Plantation.

Feed Pals Using the Feed Box

Palworld - Put Food in Feed Box

Craft the feed Box by reaching Technology level 4! Drop off Food at the Feed Box and let hungry Pals at your base consume food by going near it.

Equip a Feed Bag

Palworld - Equip and Put Food in Feed Bag

Feed Pals in your party by equipping a Feed Bag. Unlock the Small Feed Bag by reaching Technology level 10, and craft it using the Primitive Workbench. You can find it under Key Items after acquiring it and an extra slot for Food should be unlocked.

Put food in the slot to let Pals in your Party List eat once they get hungry.

Craft and use the Campfire to cook a variety of food.

Berries can be consumed normally or cooked, but cooking it restores more SAN than just consuming normal berries.

Take Damage When Hunger Gauge is Depleted

Once a Player's Hunger gauge is depleted, the Player will start taking damage until their HP drops to 0. Pals at the base will feel exhausted and stressed if their Hunger gauge gets depleted, so make sure to keep yourself and your Pals well fed!
