List of All Pals in the Paldeck
Pals with high stats are able to perform better in combat, either by using strong attacks or taking up as much damage as they can. Try to find and include Pals with high stats in your team so you can have an easier time exploring!
Raising your Pals and leveling them up is the easiest way to increase your Pal's stats. Your Pal will get more health and Attack and Defense when they level up, allowing them to perform better in combat!
Passive Skill | Positive Effect | Negative Effect | Tier |
---|---|---|---|
Burly Body | Defense +20% | Tier +3 | |
Ferocious | Attack +20% | Tier +3 | |
Hard Skin | Defense +10% | Tier +1 | |
Legend | Attack +20%, Defense +20%, and Movement Speed +15% | Tier +3 | |
Lucky | Work Speed +15% and Attack +15% | Tier +3 | |
Masochist | Defense +15% | Attack -15% | Tier +1 |
Musclehead | Attack +30% | Work Speed -50% | Tier +2 |
Passive Skills in Palworld can be passed on from parent Pals to their offspring. The Passive Skills listed above can give your Pals either Attack or Defense stat boosts, making them the best passives for Pals used in combat.
How to Chain Breed Passive Skills
The Statue of Power structure lets you use Pal Souls to raise your Pals' HP, Attack, and Defense stats. This is available early in the game, so you'll be able to enhance stats even if you just started, as long as you have enough Pal Souls.
Statue of Power Guide: How to Upgrade Catch Power and Pals
The Pal Essence Condenser lets you sacrifice duplicate Pals to improve one Pal. You can use Pals you've caught that have hindering or unwanted Passive Skills to improve a Pal that has good passives.
Doing so will grant the affected Pal a small bonus in its HP as well as its Attack and Defense stats. Their Partner Skill will also be upgraded, which can also improve their offenses!
Pal Essence Condenser: How to Rank Up Pals
A Pal's HP, or Vitality as it's called in the game, determines its health pool and how much damage it can take during combat before it is knocked out and is incapacitated.
If a Pal is knocked out, you need to store it back in your Pal Box and wait for them to be revived. You cannot revive Pals with any food or craftable medicine.
HP can be improved with Statue and Condenser upgrades.
Pals in your party will slowly deplete their Hunger meter if they are out in the overworld. If they haven't eaten for a while, they will get the Hungry status and their Attack, Defense, and Work Speed stats will decrease by 20%.
Meanwhile, Pals in your base will feel exhausted and stressed if their Hunger gauge gets depleted, so make sure to keep yourself and your Pals well fed!
If you neglect your Pals long enough and their Hunger meter is depleted, they will get the Starving status, which will lower their Attack, Defense, and Work Speed stats by 50% while taking damage until they only have 1 HP left.
A Pal's Attack stat determines how much damage it can deal with its attacks. This can be improved by upgrading the Pal via Statue and Condenser upgrades or with certain Partner Skills.
A Pal's Defense stat decreases the amount of damage it takes when attacked. This can also be improved by upgrading the Pal via Statue and Condenser upgrades or with certain Partner Skills.
Use our Palworld IV Calculator to calculate the IVs of your Pals Attack, Defense and HP Stats in Palworld!
Our IV Checker will allow you to check the individual value of each of your Pal's Stats with both Passive Skills applied or just the base values to see which of your Pals are the strongest of their species!
