Sphere Launchers are special guns that fire Pal Spheres so you no longer have to throw them. Higher levels open up options to fire multiple spheres at once or home in on hard-to-catch Pals.
List of All Pal Spheres and How to Farm
You can fire guns with the Left Mouse Button or RT on a controller as long as you have ammo. To get more accurate shots, you can hold down the Right Mouse Button or LT on a controller to aim. To reload ammo, press R on a keyboard or X on an Xbox controller.
All Controls and How to Change
To use guns in Palworld, you'll also need the appropriate ammo for the weapon. The ammo needed depends on the type of gun you're using and can be seen when you check the weapon.
Grappling Guns don't require ammo to fire, however, they do have a cooldown. Sphere Launchers also don't need typical ammo, but do require you to keep a stock of Pal Spheres to fire.
The first actual gun, the Musket, can be crafted at Level 21 at a Weapon Workbench once the technology is unlocked. You'll also be able to craft Coarse Ammo needed to fire it.
Stronger guns may require higher-level Technologies and Weapon Assembly Lines to produce. Grappling Guns and Sphere Launchers also need Ancient Civilization Parts to unlock.
