Woolipop's Partner Skill is Candy Pop. This lets it drop Cotton Candy whenever it is assigned to a Ranch.

As for its Work Suitabilities, it only has Farming. This is great because it will automatically assign itself to a Ranch, and you won't have to worry about it wandering off doing any unwanted tasks.

Woolipop Best Passive Skills

Swift	Runner
Diet Lover	Dainty Eater

This combination of passives is used so that Woolipop reduces the amount of time it spends having to eat, in turn maximizing the time it works at a Ranch.

Swift and Runner give a +50% Movement Speed bonus, allowing it to quickly move back and forth from the Feed Box.

Diet Lover and Dainty Eater reduce the rate at which it gets Hungry by -25%, making it less likely for them to have to leave the Ranch and eat food.

Power Bomb	The strongest Neutral-type attack that it will naturally learn.
Wind Cutter	A Grass-type attack that has a good balance between power and cooldown.
Bubble Blast	A Water-type attack that can hit multiple enemies.

Do note that if you have raids turned off in the world settings, then active skills don't matter for Woolipop's best base build.
