Current Level Cap is 50

Currently, the level cap for both the player character and Pals is Level 50. Upon reaching the max level, players and Pals will stop gaining experience points and will not be able to level up any further.

On the official Palworld Discord server, Bucky, Palworld's community manager, shared the possibility that if the game will have an increased level cap in the future, it will be released alongside new Pals.

This can imply that in an update where new Pals will be added in Palworld, the level cap increase may be added in the update as well.

With the possibility of the level cap being raised when new Pals are added in the game, it is likely that these Pals, like Boltmane and Dragostrophe, will be released as Alpha bosses past the current max level, which is Level 50.
