Best Crude Oil Farming Base

Dessicated Desert (North of Sand Dunes Entrance): 289, 243

World Location	Map Location

This location has two Oil Fields surrounded by eight Coal Mines, and the whole area is also populated by trees. The enemies are are not as strong as the ones in Sakurajima as they are only at around Level 40.

Sakurajima (North-West): -646, 270

World Location	Map Location

This location has two Oil Fields in a relatively open area. This allows you to build structures freely in the vicinity on top of having two Extractors to produce Crude Oil. This location also has Sulfur and Coal nodes if you need it.

Sakurajima (Central): -552, 192

World Location	Map Location

This area is unique from the other ones since it has a Treasure Chest that spawns in between the two Oil Fields. This is great if you need extra resources from chests since you can unlock it every time you visit this base for Crude Oil.

Sakurajima (East 1): -512, 171

World Location	Map Location

This spot has the best natural defenses thanks to the mushroom wall neat the Oil Fields. As an added bonus, you can build on top of the mushrooms, allowing you to add structures, like Storage, to an otherwise unusable space.

Sakurajima (East 2): -493, 109

World Location	Map Location

If you're looking to also farm for food, this is the best base location for you. The additional Mushroom Trees in this area allow any Lumbering Pals to chop them down for Mushrooms. This can provide a passive source of food for your base, so you won't need to set up a farm or manually fill up a Feed Box.

Crude Oil Base Tips

Oil Extractor Requires Oil Fields

The Oil Extractor needs to be placed in Oil Fields. Once built, it will start collecting Oil slowly.

Assign Orserk to Electricity Generators

Orserk is the only pal with Electricity Lv. 4, even after the Summer Update, making it by far the fastest when it comes to powering Generators.

Orserk can also help out with Transporting processed Crude Oil, making it a great multipurpose pal for this base.

Give it a Nocturnal Passive Skill

The new Nocturnal Passive Skill allows Pals to work even at night, similar to other naturally Nocturnal Pals. This allows Orserk to work even at night, provided that you can pass the Passive Skill via breeding.

Fill Feed Boxes with Salad

Salads are one of the best Food for Base Pals, since it is easy to make, and it provides enough nourishment for Pals to allow them to work longer than Berries or Bread.

If you can afford it, you can also build the new Refrigerated Feed Box to ensure that your Salads do not spoil while your Pals are working.
