Feybreak Oil Rig Location

Located in the Southwestern Area of the Map

The Feybreak Oil Rig is located on west of the Southern Feybreak Region. Like the Oil Rig near Marsh Island, it doesn't have a Fast Travel point.

A swimming pal is recommended in order to reach the Island. The nearest available waypoint will be at the Feybreak Shipwreck.

Similar to the Oil Rig southeast of Marsh Island, the Feybreak Oil Rig contains both deadly humans and pals. With the Feybreak update, the level cap has been raised to 60, so expect enemies at that level in this area.

Bring a Rocket Launcher or Multi-Guided Missile Launcher

The strategy of grouping enemies for a single rocket launcher shot is still quite effective, so bringing a rocket launcher again, preferably of Legendary rarity, is still effective here.

In addition to the deadly enemies that populate the Feybreak Oil Rig, it is also home to the deadly Attack Chopper, which can prove to be quite a challenge.

Azurobe	Waterwing Dance Increases the player's attack significantly and changes the player's damage type to Water while mounting Azurobe.

Because the Feybreak Oil Rig has an abundance of powerful laser cannons and anti-aircraft artillery, it is recommended that players travel there with a swimming pal to avoid getting shot down.

Azurobe is the fastest swimming Pal available, so players are advised to bring this pal when traveling to the Feybreak Oil Rig Stronghold.

Destroy the Artilleries

Like the Oil Rig Stronghold near the Marsh Islands, the Feybreak Oil Rig contains many cannons as well as AA guns, which must first be disabled before players can use their flying pals.

Alternatively, turrets can be destroyed from a distance by firing rockets at them. However, the laser cannons must be deactivated using the console next to it.

Kill the Enemies From Afar

The enemies in the Feybreak Oil Rig are as strong as they are plentiful. Therefore, sticking to ranged combat is still the best choice for this area.

For weaker individual enemies, normal guns should be more than enough. The new laser rifle is quite effective against enemies, both human and pal.

Defeat the Attack Chopper

There is a single large chest in the area that can only be accessed after defeating the Attack Chopper.

Once the player is ready to face the Attack Chopper, interact with the large chest to begin the hacking process. Once the Attack Chopper is defeated, a message will appear stating that the hacking is complete, and the chest can now be accessed.

The large chest can be accessed near the center of the oil rig, near the top with the blue storage containers.

Use a Homeward Thundercloud When You Need to Leave

If players need to leave the Oil Rig when they are in danger of being knocked out, use a Homeward Thundercloud to teleport to the nearest base. Sometimes fleeing to fight another day may be the best option available at the moment.

Alternatively, players could use Dogen's Partner Skill since it will also teleport the player to the nearest base when activated.

Oil Rig Stronghold Rewards

Valuable Items From the Large Treasure Chest

Players can get a lot of valuable items from the large treasure chests such as Ancient Civilization Cores, Crude Oil, and even high-level Equipment Schematics.

Large Chest Respawns After Around an Hour

The large treasure chests will respawn after around an hour of real time has passed, depending on your World Settings. The location of large treasure chests will be random, so make sure you're fully prepared before going back in.

Rare Items and Schematics

Enemy Loots and chest rewards are random but all are rare finds. One special reward or enemy drop you can find here is Crude Oil.

Additionally, rare items such as Training Manuals, Dog Coins, and Rare Schematics can also be found!

Steal High Level Pals From Poachers

These human poachers have their own Pals that they fight alongside with. You can attempt to steal these Pals and catch them when they become weak.

These are high levelled Pals with the likes of Xenovader, Faleris, and Helzephyr.
