To get these Fusion Pals, you will need to breed their base forms with a specific Pal for these sub-species to appear and hatch from an egg.

---|---|---|---|---|
Kelpsea | + | Flopie | = | Kelpsea Ignis |
Wumpo | + | Cinnamoth | = | Wumpo Botan |
These two Fusion Pals are unqiue in that you don't need to have its base version as one of its parents to get one. However, if you do wish to use them, you can use these two breeding combinations.
Use our Palworld Breeding Calculator to easily find which Parents to breed to make the Pal you are looking for! Every Pal Combo is included, making it easier than ever to work out which pals to breed!
Breeding base forms of certain Pals with another specific Pal will yield Eggs that will hatch into Fusion Pals.
Note that to do this, you need to unlock the Breeding Farm structure under Technology, which is available upon reaching level 19.
You also need a steady supply of Cake if you want to breed constantly, which you can make from a Cooking Pot. You need Flour, Red Berries, Milk, Egg, and Honey to bake Cake.
Most Fusion Pals can also be encountered and caught in the wild as regular encounters or as a dungeon and Field Bosses.
If you don't want to wait for your Pal Eggs to hatch, you can simply travel around the map and look for Pals in the wild or inside dungeons, or battle and catch them as Field Bosses.
Fusion Pals are variants of regular Pals you can encounter in the wild. They have a different appearance and Element from their original versions. Most of them can be found in a different area of the map, far away from their original versions.
There are some Fusion Pals that have two element typings. Due to this, it can further increase, further decrease, or negate the changes depending on how its elements interact with the opposing Pal. If both elements are strong, then they can deal 4x as much damage. On the other hand, it can deal 0.25x reduced damage if both elements are weak against the enemy.
Type 1 | Type 2 | Damage Output |
---|---|---|
Strong | Strong | 4x |
Strong | Weak | 1x |
Weak | Weak | 0.25x |
