Gobfin's Partner Skill is Angry Shark. When activated, Gobfin attacks with an Aqua Gun. But most importantly, this increases the player's attack power.

Motivational Leader gives the player an increase to Movement Speed.

How to Use Gobfin Effectively

Use Gobfin to One-Shot Pals

Gobfin is in the party mainly to support and buff the player with its Angry Shark Partner Skill, as well as Vanguard Passive Skill. This will increase the player's attack power dramatically and enable one-shots.

Gobfin intself will not be present in battles, but are mainly there to buff the player's Attack power.

Higher Level Pals

If the Gobfins in your party are at a low level, and Hungry Shark is at a low level too, the chances of one-shotting enemy Pals are drastically lower. Consider leveling up Gobfin and Hungry Shark before taking on more powerful Pals.

Gobfin can be optimized using the Pal Essence Condenser, which takes other Gobfin and condenses them into a Gobfin of your choice. You will need lots of Gobfin to fully optimize a squad of four Gobfin.
