Dropped by summoned Demons during the escort segment of the Call of the Ancients Zone Event. Dropped by enemies in the Frozen Tundra when playing at Hell 1+ Difficulty.

Ancestral Relics are dropped by the summoned demons during Call of the Ancients Zone Event. Kill the demons as they are summoned while escorting the Ancient Spirit in order to get a chance for an Ancestral Relic drop during the event.

Defeat Enemies in the Frozen Tundra

All enemies in the Frozen Tundra at Hell 1+ Difficulty will have a chance to drop Ancestral Relics. Farm them before the start of the Call of the Ancients Zone Event to ensure you maximize the 10 chances to cleanse relics.

How to Use Ancestral Relics

Cleanse the Relics by Speaking to the Ancient Spirit

Once you successfully escort the Ancient Spirit, you will be given 10 minutes to interact with it. Take your gathered Ancestral Relics and have the Ancient Spirit cleanse them to receive different rewards. These will mostly be Scrap Material and Gear of varying quality. However, do note that Legendary Items can also drop as a reward from cleansing.

Note: Only 10 Ancestral Relics can be cleansed per event completion. Any extra Ancestral Relics you have can only be cleansed once the Zone Event occurs again.
