Your Money or Your Life can be unlocked by checking the available side quests from the Adventure Seeker. If this side quest isn't available, you can pay the NPC gold to shuffle the zone and side quests or check again the next day until it appears.
Side quests from the Adventure Seeker only becomes available after reaching level 60 and changing the difficulty to Hell I.
Talk to Caulder near the Sentinel's Watch Waypoint in Foggy Plains to begin this Side Quest.

| 3 |  Collect Fees from Helmond Helmond won't pay his fees here, but the quest will still proceed. |
| 4 |  Deliver Fees to Captain Vereks Captain Vereks will talk about lost shipments after delivering the fees, which you will look for afterwards. |
| 5 |  Search for a Supply Shipment The shipment will be at the east, where Helmond will ask for assistance. |
| 6 |  Help and Rescue Hammond Kill the 8 Khazra that spawn and collect the Damaged Supplies. |
| 7 |  Escort Helmond to Sentinel's Watch An elite Moon Clan Berserker and a pack of Khazra will block your path. Defeat them to continue the quest. |
| 8 |  Talk to Helmond |
| 9 |  Deliver Fees and Supplies to Caulder Completing this step ends the quest. |
