    If you are arriving a a gate that says it's locked for lota colony this is the wrong area, your at the north gate. To access the colony you need to enter from the south this is done by returning to where you FIRST encountered alexandria to get here you need to fast travel to either zem's Crossway or dies arch just follow the path and the colony is straight ahead
