Hello! Thanks for the question. To uncap Alexandria's class Incursor, you need to complete her Ascension Quest "Inescapable Past." Finishing the quest will increase the Incursor role to Level 20!
Hello! Thanks for the question. The correct entrance would be in the Colony Iota South Gate. You don't need to advance the chapter more to unlock the gate and if it says it's locked, that means you're in the north gate. You do need to go to Dies Arch in Fornis Region and defeat the Colony Iota Troops. After defeating them, head straight and you'll see the opened gate with a Testudo in the middle.

If you are arriving a a gate that says it's locked for lota colony this is the wrong area, your at the north gate. To access the colony you need to enter from the south this is done by returning to where you FIRST encountered alexandria to get here you need to fast travel to either zem's Crossway or dies arch just follow the path and the colony is straight ahead
The gate to Iota is locked and I'm in chapter 4. So I need to advance the chapter more?
