I may be wrong, but within a tier aren't they in order of release with 5 stars followed by 4 stars? I don't think being further up within a given tier is meant to mean they are better, just that they were added earlier.

Naah, she's actually cracked. Fast swap and easier to obtain than Shorekeeper. Building her is simple, too!

I think its because the current buffs/debuffs are just not in Jinhsi's favor in WhiWa and ToA, since those rankings say they change based on the current set-up. Where as the overall rank is based on how good she is in general without considering the ever changing endgame buffs/debuffs.
How the hell is Jinhsi ranked as tier 1.5 for both WhiWa and ToA, but overall ranked as Tier1 ?

I'm not sure that male characters sell worse. Genshin sold many of their males good, but than they started to create more women (it spoiled story too). Players wait for months, then one male arrives, some players take him for free from savings, some skip. Of cause, his sales will be low. There is no diversity, there is no sales. Not every woman sales good too.
Septimont is south-east of the rest of Rinascita. You go off the south-east end of the main part of Rinascita to reach Beohr Waters then continue heading south-east until you reach its south-eastern end. Septimont is south-east from there. However, I do not know if you are allowed to travel to Septimont this way or if they block you.
