Caught From Glowing Pals in Fishing Spots

Master Fishing Spot

While any fishing spot may hold Pals that have the Lunker Passive Skill, they are most common in Master Fishing Spots. These fishing spots are scattered across the map, with one located in the new Sealed Realm island from the Tides of Terraria update.
2 Glowing Fish Lunker Pals will have an evident glow to them distinct from the typical glittery aura other Pals have when fishing. Look out for a bright purple aura to find these rare Pals.
3 Capture Glowing Fish Once you find a glowing Pal, cast your fishing rod and make sure to have bait when doing so. These Pals are hard to catch, so we recommend upgrading your fishing set and bait to make it easier for you.

Lunker Pal
When you successfully capture the glowing Pal, it will have the Lunker Passive Skill. Try to capture them when you see the outline!

Players may fish for Glowing Pals to get the Lunker stat effect. We recommend getting a good fishing set and bait to efficiently collect these Pals.

A new achievement can be earned by players called Lunker Hunter after the Tides of Terraria Update. Players must catch one Lunker Hunter to get the achievement.
