All Palworld Version Differences

This guide explains the differences between the different versions of Palworld so far. Read on to learn what was different between the Microsoft or Game Pass version and the Steam version of the game.

Microsoft Version On Release (v0.1.0.0)

When Palworld was released across different platforms, players immediately noticed that there were some major differences between the versions of the game in Steam and Game Pass/Microsoft Store. Specifically, the Microsoft version of Palworld was lacking some updates that the Steam version already had.

Current Versions

Microsoft Current Version (v0.1.1.0)

On January 23, 2024, an update for Microsoft versions of the game was released to bring them closer to the Steam version. The names of all in-game items have been changed to match the Steam version, and numerous but unspecified bug and sound fixes were made.

After the release of 0.1.1.0, several more bugs were announced to be in the process of being fixed.

Steam Current Version (v0.1.2.0)

Information was taken from the Palworld's official Discord server.
