Scorpion's Justice can be unlocked by checking the available side quests from the Adventure Seeker. If this side quest isn't available, you can pay the NPC gold to shuffle the zone and side quests or check again the next day until it appears.
Side quests from the Adventure Seeker only becomes available after reaching level 60 and changing the difficulty to Hell I.
Inspect the remains near the center of the Grand Vestibule to begin this Side Quest.

| 1 |  Talk to Hamad's Ghost Talk to the ghost after inspecting the remains. |
| 2 |  Find the Sand Scorpions' Hideaway Head east to find the hideaway and defeat the Sand Scorpions at the entrance. Talk to Hamad's Ghost afterwards to proceed. |
| 3 |  Uncover the Hideaway Entrance Interact with the two braziers and move the bookcase to uncover the entrance. |
| 4 |  Defeat the Sand Scorpions Head through the hideaway entrance to find the Sand Scorpions and their leader. Defeat them to continue the quest. |
| 5 |  Speak with Hamad's Ghost Talk to Hamad's Ghost one last time to complete the quest. |
