How to Unlock Heart of the Jungle

Heart of the Jungle is automatically unlocked after you speak to Cadeus at the end of Among the Bodies.

Heart of the Jungle Quest Walkthrough

Objective
1
Heart of the Jungle - Meet Watts at the Entrance of the Fetish Village
After you speak to Caedus, start making your way to the outskirts of the Fetish Village in Bilefen.
2 Heart of the Jungle - Speak to Watts Outside the Fetish Village
Once you arrive at its gates, Watts will appear. Speak to him and he will tell you that you have to rescue captured survivors inside the village.
3 Heart of the Jungle - Rescue the Survivors
Rescue the 3 Survivors inside the village. Free them from their bonds while killing any Fetish Demons that get in your way.
Rewards:
・Survivor's Chain (Waist) x1
4 Heart of the Jungle - Rescue Geli
With the survivors freed, search for Geli deeper in the village. He will be found tied to the large burning totem surrounded by Fetish Demons. Defeat them and rescue him to progress the quest.
Rewards:
・Geli's Gratitude (Neck) x1

Heart of the Jungle - Go to the Kikuras Rapids
Go to the Kikuras Rapids dungeon entrance. Enter it solo or with a party to continue the quest.
Note: Playing as a 4-man party will grant you a bonus that gives a chance for Normal Gems to drop while inside the Dungeon.
6 Heart of the Jungle - Defeat Ongori
Defeat Ongori at the end of the dungeon to get the second Nephalem Beacon.
Boss Drops:
・Soul Devourer (Off-Hand) x1
7 Heart of the Jungle - Exit the Dungeon
Exit the Kikuras Rapids dungeon using the portal. Once you arrive back outside, the next main quest, Parlay with Peril, will unlock.
