How to Unlock Battle for the Shard
Battle for the Shard is automatically unlocked after leaving Mad King's Breach during the previous quest, Masters of Death.

Tips and Strategies
Only pick up the health globes if needed
Like other bosses, Lethes will produce health globes each time you deplete a health bar. Save these globes for later for when you needed health as there won't be a lot of enemies during the fight to refill your health potion.
