Night Auction can be unlocked by checking the available side quests from the Adventure Seeker. If this side quest isn't available, you can pay the NPC gold to shuffle the zone and side quests or check again the next day until it appears.
Side quests from the Adventure Seeker only becomes available after reaching level 60 and changing the difficulty to Hell I.
Talk to Mervain near the center of Crimsonblade Haven to begin this Side Quest.

| 1 |  Go to the Auction Defeat the Pirate Auctioneer and his companions to stop the auction. |
| 2 |  Take the Necklace A powerful force will prevent you from taking the necklace. Defeat the Fetishes that spawn to proceed. |
| 3 |  Go to the Fetish Village Head east from Crimsonblade Haven to find the Fetish Village. |
| 4 |  Destroy the Necklace Carefully maneuver through the fireballs of the Fetish Painmenders and destroy the necklace. |
| 5 |  Kill the Fetishes Defeating all of the Fetishes in this step completes the quest. |
