Lord of Terroir can be unlocked by checking the available side quests from the Adventure Seeker. If this side quest isn't available, you can pay the NPC gold to shuffle the zone and side quests or check again the next day until it appears.
Side quests from the Adventure Seeker only becomes available after reaching level 60 and changing the difficulty to Hell I.
Talk to Talva Silvertongue at the bridge connecting The Drowned Lagoon and the Southern Wetlands to begin this Side Quest.

| 3 |  Sneak to Port Justinian Carefully navigate around the pirates along the road and avoid getting caught with the wine. |
| 4 |  Go to Talva's Office After reaching Port Justinian, go to Talva's office and talk to him to proceed. |
