Purity of Form can be unlocked by checking the available side quests from the Adventure Seeker. If this side quest isn't available, you can pay the NPC gold to shuffle the zone and side quests or check again the next day until it appears.
Side quests from the Adventure Seeker only becomes available after reaching level 60 and changing the difficulty to Hell I.
Talk to Cobblemender at the western entrance of the Archive of Secrets to begin this Side Quest.

| 1 |  Destroy Broken Golems Defeat 6 Broken Golems nearby and pick up the Decrepit Golem Parts they drop. |
| 2 |  Return Parts to Cobblemender Return to Cobblemender and attempt to fix them. Talk to them afterwards to proceed. |
| 3 |  Find More Broken Golems Follow Cobblemender north towards more Broken Golems and defeat them for their parts. |
| 4 |  Defeat the Rock Golem A Rock Golem and its minions will spawn after the previous wave of foes. Defeat them to proceed. |
| 5 |  Take the Compatible Parts Pick up the Rock Golem's parts and return to Cobblemender to repair him. |
| 6 |  Talk to Cobblemender Completing this step ends the quest. |
