What to Do if Your Cycle's Turn Chest is Missing

Reward is Sent Directly to Inventory

When you purchase the Cycle's Turn Chest, it is automatically opened and the reward is put direcly into your inventory. The random reward you get is shown very briefly on screen, leading many players to report that their reward is missing or that their Cycle's Turn Chest is bugged. Many players are likely to have multiple copies of the rewards already in their inventory, so it's easy to lose track of the reward.

Watch the bottom of the General menu carefully after buying the chest to look for the reward, as this is where it appears momentarily.

Get from the Hilts Trader after a Cycle of Strife Ends

If the reigning Immortals are overthrown during The Challenge of the Immortal, the Cycle of Strife ends and a new clan of Shadows ascends, and the cycle repeats. At the end of this cycle, you can purchase one Cycle's Turn Chest daily for a limited time for 50 Hilts from the Hilts Trader in Westmarch if you are a member of the Shadows.
