Passing the Torch can be unlocked by checking the available side quests from the Adventure Seeker. If this side quest isn't available, you can pay the NPC gold to shuffle the zone and side quests or check again the next day until it appears.
Side quests from the Adventure Seeker only becomes available after reaching level 60 and changing the difficulty to Hell I.
Talk to Albia at the southeastern entrance of the Zakarum Graveyard to begin this Side Quest.

| 1 |  Follow Albia 8 Undead will ambush you as you enter the Zakarum Graveyard. Defeat them to proceed. |
| 2 |  Purify the Altar Talk to Albia afterwards to progress the quest. |
| 3 |  Find and Purify Another Altar This altar is located to the left of Lord Martanos' casket. |
| 4 |  Defeat the Ambushing Undead |
| 5 |  Talk to Albia Completing this step ends the quest. |
