Private Nightmares can be unlocked by checking the available side quests from the Adventure Seeker. If this side quest isn't available, you can pay the NPC gold to shuffle the zone and side quests or check again the next day until it appears.
Side quests from the Adventure Seeker only becomes available after reaching level 60 and changing the difficulty to Hell I.
Talk to Chayne at Sentinel's Watch in the Foggy Plains to begin this Side Quest.

| 4 |  Bring the Sleep Herbs to Trinetta She will fall asleep shortly after you deliver the herbs. |

| 6 |  Free Chayne Freeing Chayne and talking to Trinetta afterwards completes the quest. |
