Vigil for the Khazra can be unlocked by checking the available side quests from the Adventure Seeker. If this side quest isn't available, you can pay the NPC gold to shuffle the zone and side quests or check again the next day until it appears.
Side quests from the Adventure Seeker only becomes available after reaching level 60 and changing the difficulty to Hell I.
Talk to Beyric at the bridge beside the Moon Clan Encampment to begin this Side Quest.

| 2 |  Kill the Khazra 10 Khazra will spawn, blocking the way to Avery. Defeat them to progress the quest. |
| 3 |  Free Avery After freeing Avery, she talks about finding her gem which could wipe out the Khazra. |
| 4 |  Follow Avery and Find the Gem After finding the gem, Avery will take some time to inspect it. |
| 5 |  Kill the Demons The Vile Mother and 7 other Demons will spawn. Defeat them to progress the quest. |
