How to Unlock Lord of Damnation
Lord of Damnation is unlocked after arriving in the Realm of Damnation and completing the Quest The Last Lieutenant.
Lord of Damnation Quest Walkthrough

| 1 | Enter the Pit of Anguish Explore the first area of the Dungeon until you reach the Abyssal Tiller's chambers. |
| 2 |  Defeat the Abyssal Tiller After killing the Abyssal Tiller, continue past the Molten Flow. |
| 3 |  Defeat Zolthrax After killing Zolthrax, continue onward until you reach the Spawning Chamber. |
| 4 |  Kill Zaka the Abyssal Worm After killing Zaka the Abyssal Worm, reach Terror's Fall. |
| 5 |  Reach Terror's Fall Kill the Ambushing Demons and talk to Verathiel. Defend the Angels and enter Skarn's Chambers. |
| 6 |  Reach Skarn's Throne and Kill Skarn, Lord of Damnation Kill Skarn and reclaim Yl'nira. |
| 7 | Inspect the Portal Inspect the Portal leading to Skarn's Chambers – talk to Mikayel afterwards. |
Tips and Strategies
Heal Often
After clearing an area with a boss type enemy, it is highly recommended that you regain health before continuing onward in the realm of damnation. Use your potions as much as you can and let them recharge before proceeding.
Finding the Real Skarn
When Skarn splits into four copies of himself, a sub-objective, "Find and destroy Skarn", and a timer will appear on your screen. On this phase, you'll have to kill the clone with the glowing circle on its foot before the timer ends. This will reveal Skarn's true body and the fight will continue as normal.
If you fail to find the real Skarn and the timer runs out, however, the copies will replenish their health and the glowing circle will move to another body.
Circle Skarn's Beam
One of Skarn's special attacks involve him shooting a concentrated beam at you while moving in whichever direction you move. This beam, if you get hit by it, can severely deplete your HP or simply kill you in one blow.
The best way to deal with this attack is by first remembering how Skarn moves when he prepares for the attack. Simply hug his body close then and start moving in either a clockwise or counter clockwise motion around his body in order to prevent Skarn from being able to hit you.
