Prologue is unlocked right after you create your character at the beginning of the game.

Prologue Quest Walkthrough

Objective
1 Head through the Forest to the Town of Wortham
2 Investigate the Abandoned Building
3 Kill the Infested Villagers
4 Kill the Cultist, Infested Villagers, and the Undead

Diablo Immortal - Putrid Desecrator
Kill the Putrid Desecrator
You'll unlock the Skills menu and Inventory after the fight.

Diablo Immortal - guard at the gate
Talk to the Guard at Wortham's gate
The minimap will also appear on the upper right corner of your screen.
7 Find the Vile Refuge
8 Kill the Acolyte of Damnation and free the Shackled Villager
9 Talk to Korrin and enter the portal
10 Talk to the Blacksmith
You will now be able to Salvage equipment that you don't need for upgrade materials.

Talk to the Survivors in the Chapel
12 Assist the Guards at the Western Gate
13 Reach the Unseen Lair
14 Defeat the Cultists
15 Search for the Worldstone Shard
16 Kill Eskara and Ifris the Destroyer
17 Examine the Worldstone Shard
18 Enter the Portal to Wortham and talk to Cain in Wortham's Chapel
19 Take the World Map and talk to Cain before exiting the chapel
After the Prologue, the Auto-navigation, Quests menu, and other game features will be unlocked.
