Naku Tedek in Emerald Stair
The Effigy Necklace is found in a secret room in Naku Tedek. You must progress the main quest, Ancient Soil, to access the secret room in Naku Tedek with Giatta's help.
How to Get the Effigy Necklace

| 1 |  From the entrance of the secret room, turn left to find a staircase leading up to a locked door and a generator switch. Use a lightning attack on the generator switch to open the door. |
| 2 |  Follow the resulting path to get to a room with a body of water and a large tree root. Use an ice attack on the water to create a bridge and climb up the giant root to the left ledge. |
| 3 |  The Effigy Necklace will be on a table on the other side of the ledge. |
How to Use the Effigy Necklace
Display and Activate for Passive Abilities
Once you have the Totem Fragments and Totem Base, you can display and activate it in your Party Camp Shrine. Each Totem Fragment provides a different passive ability.
The Totem Base does not have a passive ability, but is required to display the God Totem in the Shrine.

Complete the Totem of Defiance Side Quest
The Effigy Necklace is one of the items needed for the Totem of Defiance side quest. You need to collect all 6 Totem Fragments and the Totem Base to complete the quest.
