(Lv. 18)		 Increases the amount of Poison Accumulation you deal by 35%.
Rank 3
(Lv. 20)		 Increases the amount of Poison Accumulation you deal by 45%.

The higher ranks of Spirit of Decay increase the power and efficacy but will remain locked until you reach the required level to unlock it.

How to Unlock Spirit of Decay

Reach Level 15 to Unlock

Level Up
You must reach Level 15 to unlock the base rank of Spirit of Decay in the Wizard Ability Tree. You can then spend Ability Points to activate and upgrade it once you reach the level requirement.
