The Main Character is the protagonist of the RPG Avowed. Learn more about the main character's race and background, as well as if you can customize their appearance.
The playable main character of Avowed is a Godlike, a race with unique physical appearance because of being connected to one of the world's deities. Despite this, the player doesn't know which deity they are connected with, which will be explored in the game's plot.
The main character is an envoy or personal representative of the emperor of the Aedyr Empire. The main character is sent by the emperor to the Living Lands to investigate a mysterious plague that has been corrupting the souls of the land and is tasked to put a stop to it.
Avowed will have a character creator at the beginning of the game so the player can determine what appearance and underlying race they want to give the main character.
