The treasure of Woedica's Inheritance is located in a hidden storage room within the eastern wall of Paradis Hightown. The entrance is located on the outside of the wall and is overgrown, making it well-hidden and easy to miss.

Fast travel to the north of Usher's hand and make your way west until you see a path that goes uphill. Follow it and you should happen upon the entrance of the storage room. Press the switch to the right of the door to open the entrance.
