Upon reaching Thirdborn, you need to look for Yatzli to help you on your adventure to Naku Kubel. As you approach Yatzli, she is beside Temerti. You can choose to give or not to give the letter addressed to Temerti from Lodwyn.
A Path to the Garden Walkthrough
Giving Temerti the letter that has been addressed to her is the right thing to do, and it is the best choice for expressing your trust between the both of you. To inform everyone of the letter's contents, she would also read it aloud in front of the group.
Lodwyn and Steel Garrote appear to have a plan for Naku Kubel. In addition to trusting you with Yatzli joining your party, Temerti will also seek your help when dealing with Ryngrim.
