Rewards for Each Region

Completing all bounties on the Bounty Board of a region will reward you with a unique equipment piece.
To claim your reward, talk to the Bounty Master beside the Bounty Board and hand in each of your Bounty Trophies until there are no more bounties left. Your equipment reward should automatically be given to you afterward.
Bounty Hunter Achievement
Completing all bounties in all regions will reward you with the Bounty Hunter achievement.
EXP and Resources
Apart from enemy drops, completing bounties also yield EXP and other resources such as Gold. Much like side quests, completing Bounties is one of the keys to leveling up fast and stacking up Gold quickly.
Make sure to always speak to the Bounty Master stationed by each Bounty Board after completing a hunt to claim your rewards!
