Home Sweet Home can be unlocked after entering the Shatterscarp region and talking to Nameho in Eagle's Reach.

To start the quest, speak to Nameho and his sister at Eagle's Reach. They will ask you to put an end to their Dreamscourge-infected parents, who are inside their nearby home.
Head west to the Infected Homestead and break the wooden boards blocking the house. Eliminate the two Dreamthralls inside.
After clearing the homestead, return to Nameho and inform them of what happened. Regardless of your dialogue choices, the siblings will accept the outcome and return home, completing the quest.
There are no rewards for completing Home Sweet Home. However, you can obtain various common weapons and items, along with XP as you progress through the quest.
