Do The Wasteland Courier Side Quest

You can try Aiko's drugs during the sidequest, The Wasteland Courier. In this quest, you will need to speak to Daiko at the Fleet Master's Perch in the Thirdborn region to initiate the quest and he will ask you to meet the shady supplier Aiko in Aiko's Campsite.

Once you meet him, Aiko will give you the Suspicious Package. Just proceed the side quest and eventually you will have a conversation with your companions about trying the drug that you got or not. Choose to sample the drugs to get an achievement.
