Learn how to save your game progress in Avowed. Read on to find out how to save your progress, as well as other ways to save in the game.

Manually Save via the Pause Menu

Avowed - Pause Menu

Players can manually create new save files or overwrite existing ones via the Pause Menu. The Save and Load feature gives players more control over their progress, allowing them to manually save before key battles or story events.

To open the Pause Menu and access the save feature, press the Esc Key on PC or the Menu Button on Xbox Controller.

Auto-Save Frequency Can be Customized

Avowed - Auto-Save Frequency Settings

In the Game Settings, players can adjust the Auto-Save Frequency by selecting how many minutes the game should pass before their progress will be automatically saved. This helps on console since it can be quite the hassle to have to manually save as you explore.
