Avowed - Best Dual Wield Build
This is a guide to the best Dual Wield build in Avowed. Read on to learn the best stats, skills and abilities, weapons, and armor to get in order to create a powerful Dual Wield build.

Best Dual Wield Build

Stat Priority for a Dual Wield Build

Might = Resolve > Dexterity > Perception > Constitution > Intellect

Might and Resolve > Dexterity > Perception > Constitution > Intellect

For Dual Wield builds in Avowed, prioritize Might and Resolve. Might boosts weapon damage, while Resolve provides stamina, fueling consistent damage output and dodging. Dexterity is needed for attack speed which, in a Dual Wield build, significantly increases since we'll want to be swinging our weapons in quick succession.

Perception boosts critical hit chance, significantly increasing overall damage, especially with crit-boosting abilities. Prioritize it over Constitution unless you're dying too often. The Toughness ability is a more efficient way to increase HP than Constitution.

Lastly, since we focus on melee attack damage, Intellect is less important. If other stats are capped, a few Intellect points can provide extra total Essence and elemental resistance.

Best Abilities for Dual Wielding

Early on, get and upgrade Evasive for stamina management, Scavenger for easier upgrades, and upgrade Finesse whenever available for one-handed damage. For added defense, take Toughness and Constant Recovery. For active abilities, Tanglefoot and Barbaric Shout are great for early crowd control.

Later on, Devastating Criticals and Critical Strike provide huge damage increases, especially when combined with Piercing Thrusts. In the late game, Flurry of Blows provides an insane attack boost temporarily, making this build a raw attack powerhouse.
