Go to the Emerald Stair Gatehouse fast travel beacon in Dawnshore and head north. When you get to the large chunks of adra covered in roots, enter the tunnel found on its left side.
Follow the path in the ruins, and you will eventually get to the balcony where the Strangled Adra is located.
From the Overgrown Godless Tower fast travel beacon, head north of the direction of Tama's Cabin, and the Strangled Adra will be on a climbable ledge that you just have to get up on.
Head to Broken Crown Rock, north of the Great Sand Sea. You will be able to spot the Strangled Adra high on a ledge in the rocks. Go between the rocks and to the right of a shallow pool guarded by spiders to find the path leading up the rock structure.
From the southmost Party Camp in Galawain's Tusk, head northeast in the direction of Grakhor's Cave and you will come across the Strangled Adra, guarded by a group of enemies.
On the way south to the Broken Aqueduct in The Garden, you can spot the Strangled Adra on a ledge to the left.
To get there, you must go back to the pool of water and head to the ledge covered in vines. Clear out the vines with fire and use ice to make a bridge to cross the water. Follow the path to where the Strangled Adra is.
Strangled Adra are large chunks of Adra covered in vines. You can interact with them once and go through dialogue with Sapadal to cleanse the Adra. Afterwards, it will bloom flowers and you will gain a good amount of XP.
