Speak to Josep Abaccio, as he wants you to investigate the Revenants that are wandering around the lake.
Check the map to see the marked location upon receiving this side quest and head to Lake Lacuna.
Upon reaching the lake, you will be prompted to investigate the water. Before you proceed, you can open a chest near the lake area containing Wolf Armor which is a Unique armor that you can equip.
You can approach the stranger standing by the Lake. He is the Giftbearer and he wants you to retrieve and give him the Meteorite from the Lake.
Once you’re ready, dive into the water and swim around the area to find the Mysterious Meteorite, which may be the cause of the Revenants swarming around the lake. Make sure to look at your oxygen meter when swimming since the Meteorite is located at the bottom of the lake.
After getting the Mysterious Meteorite, a swarm of Revenants will attack your party, so prepare for a battle once you resurface from the water.
Defeat the Revenants and choose between going back to Josep at the Coastal Farms to report the situation or going back to the Giftbearer to give the Meteorite.
Choices | |

Return to Josep | Return to the Giftbearer |
Should You Give the Meteorite to Josep or the Giftbearer?
Return to the Coastal Farms and speak with Josep. Inform him about the Revenants being drawn by the stone and then give him the Mysterious Meteorite. You will be rewarded with Chanter's Panpipes and 550 gold.
The Giftbearer is located at the Fior mes Iverno Docks and if you give him the Mysterious Meteorite, you will receive 550 gold from him as a reward and that completes this quest.
After getting the gold, fast travel to the nearest beacon and go back to the shore where the Giftbearer was. You will spot an enemy Revenant and the Statuette of Lament that you can loot.

Do note that the following method might be bugged and possibly get patched in the future.

1 | ![]() After getting the Mysterious Meteorite, go to the Giftbearer first and talk to him. You mustn't give him the meteorite but instead agree on something different. After this, choose to offer your memories then choose that you need to think this over. |
|
