Upon interacting with Merchant Valtur, choose the dialogue option I found this amulet with your name on it. Players are given the option to give the amulet to Valtur, owner of Valtur's Scavenged Sundries in Claviger's Landing, Dawnshore. Valtur gives players 100 Copper Skeyts in exchange for the amulet.

(Optional) Talk to Merchant Dagherda Upon Returning the Amulet

Map Location

Giving the amulet back to Valtur unlocks special dialogue with Merchant Dagherda, who questions you about the amulet. Merchant Dagherda can be found next to Merchant Valtur, and is one of the three Merchants found in Claviger's Landing, Dawnshore.
The dialogue hints at romantic history between Dagherda and Valtur. Perhaps that's why there is a merchant separating them!
