How to Unlock Totem of Rightful Rulership

Totem of Rightful Rulership can be unlocked in the Dawnshore region by acquiring the Fragments of the Scales in Paradis. It can also be unlocked by obtaining any of the Woedica Totem fragments.

Acquire the Fragments of the Scales

You can get the Fragments of the Scales as a reward from Sanza after completing the Mapping the Living Lands: Dawnshore side quest or you can also purchase the Fragments of the Scales from his shop.

After getting the Fragments of the Scales, it can be used to get clues on where to get all of Woedica's totem pieces.

Mapping the Living Lands Walkthrough

Find the Totem Core

Head to the Shrine to Woedica located at The Rise. Speak to Pious Aedyran Soldier as he talks about the Burned Queen, Woedica.

Approach the shrine and obtain the Scales of the Oathbinder which is the base of the totem.

Find the Broken Crown Jewel

Head to Sanza's Emporium, and go to the door on the left side of his shop's counter. Go inside the room, and check out the desk to obtain the Broken Crown Jewel.

Find the Golden Scale of Order

Go to the Pargrun Cache. Climb up the mountains to find the Golden Scale of Order inside a nest that is next to a Health Potion.

Find the Golden Scale of Justice

Located at a secret room just below the Apothecary's Shop, you need to climb up on the ledge using the boxes and follow the path with wooden planks.

Jump around the balconies at the area and reach the balcony with a painting displayed outside. Go inside the room and defeat the Phantoms to acquire the Golden Scale of Justice.

Find the Golden Plaque of Oaths

Head to the Usher's Hand, jump into the water area, and go down to swim around until you find a room that has the Golden Plaque of Oaths.

Find the Golden Plaque of Promises

Go to the Lighthouse located near the Calviger's Landing, then make your way up using the stairs of the lighthouse.

Upon reaching the top of the stairs, you can get the Golden Plaque of Promises.

Find the Golden Flames

Head over to the Castol's Folly, check out the cliff at the upper left side of the island. The location of the Golden Flames is on the edge of the cliff near a camp.

Restore the Scales of the Oathbinder

Go to any party camp and place all of the Woedica’s totem pieces that you have acquired in the Scales of the Oathbinder to complete this side quest.

Once you complete Totem of Rightful Rulership, you will obtain a restored Scales of the Oathbinder totem. Placing this in your party camp allows the ability buffs Swift Orders, The Power of Command, Sympathy for the Damned, The Queen's Burden, Noblesse Oblige and Flames of Resurrection to affect your party.
