The treasure of Robe of the Arcane Cheater is located inside a cave south of the Ancient Lakebed in Shatterscarp. Look for a small lake overgrown with mushrooms. The cave sits atop a raised platform and is partially obscured by fungi.

Simply go around the lake until you reach the other side where you will be directly on top of the platform. From there, simply drop down onto the platform and grab the treasure inside.

The prominent landmark of the Robe of the Arcane Cheater treasure map is the lake and the fungi that seems to cascade from where the mark is.

The surrounding areas do not appear to have too much canyons, so it would be safe to assume that the treasure is by one of the lakes on the western part of the map, where there's less dunes and more lakes.
