A Cure for Rage can be unlocked in the Galawain's Tusks region by talking to Warden Lerae in The Sallow Steppe.

Talk to Warden Lerae

You will encounter Warden Lerae at The Sallow Steppe while traveling in Galawain's Tusks. She will ask you to help in finding the missing Aedyran caravan.

Locate the Missing Aedyran Caravan

Once you have acquired this side quest, locate the Aedyran Caravan in the marked quest area. The big footprints left by the ambushed caravan's aftermath will provide you with clues.

Find Gilyn

Help the Ogre	Attack the Ogre

The footprint trail will take you to the Grakohr's Cave. Gilyn will be held hostage by Grakohr after speaking with him.

You can choose to help the Ogre find the cure or attack the Ogre for what he did to the Aedyran Caravan.

Help the Ogre

Grakohr will ask you to find the recipe book that includes the cure and its ingredients after you have learned about his condition and decided to help him find a cure for it.

Attack the Ogre

Once you've found the culprit for ambushing the Aedyran caravan, you can choose to attack Grakohr. Defeating him grants you the Limb-Taker which can be looted from his corpse.

After that, you can talk to Gilyn to release her, then this completes the side quest.

Find the Recipe for the Ogre's Cure

While trying to find the book, return to the Aedyran Caravan and defeat the nearby enemies. Find the Common Ailments Among the Denizens of Galawain's Tusks by interacting with the carriages.

As soon as you obtain the book, you will be required to obtain all of the cure's ingredients.

Acquire a Jar of Gunpowder Snuff

Go to the Southern Warden Tower and head up to the third floor to acquire the Jar of Gunpowder Snuff.

You can also go back to Warden Lerae in The Sallow Steppe to ask where to find the other ingredients for the Ogre's medicine.

Acquire a Calcified Beetle Nest Nodule

The next ingredient can be found by traveling to Writhing Ruins, you need to defeat the beetle enemies. The quest item is inside the cave directly beneath the ruins; search the area for the Calcified Beetle Nest Nodule.

Acquire Anti-Mycotic Moss

You can locate the final ingredient near the Xaurips camp, and to explore the area, you must defeat every enemy. Since this ingredient can be obtained from the tree's roots, you must climb up to reach the tree for the Anti-Mycotic Moss.

Return to the Ogre

Return to Grakohr's Cave and decide to give the Ogre's Cure after gathering all the ingredients. Grakohr will be grateful for your help, he will give you the Stoneheart amulet and Gilyn will be released too.

A Cure for Rage Rewards

Once you complete A Cure for Rage, Grakohr will reward you for giving him the cure with Stoneheart which is an amulet accessory that you can equip. Wearing this allows you to summon a Ruinous Blight to fight with you.

Limb-Taker from defeating Grakohr

Once you defeated Grakohr you can loot his corpse and acquire the Limb-Taker. You can only get this weapon by choosing to attack him.
