To maintain balance, all transferred weapons and armor are reset to Level 1. Upgrade materials must be reacquired to enhance your gear again while progressing through NG+.
Companions must be unlocked again by progressing through the story, just as when they first join your party. However, their Companion Talent Points carry over, allowing you to fully restore them to their previous state once they rejoin your party.
In true NG+ fashion, enemies and bosses are more powerful, with increased HP, damage, and resistances. Some enemies may also spawn with modifiers that further enhance their strength.

After completing the final main quest, The Siege of Paradis, you can access New Game Plus after the ending slides.
Returning players who have beaten the game before will not receive immediate access to NG+. Load a save from the final point of no return or later and reach the ending again to create a New Game Plus save file.
List of Missables and Points of No Return

Restarting at Level 1 but with all previous Abilities and Attributes still unlocked, another round of 36 Talent Points is available to distribute at max level in NG+. This allows builds to be further refined and fully realized, especially against the stronger enemies and bosses.

With multiple conflicting choices being a core element in each playthrough, players can explore different outcomes on their second run through the story. With the same powerful Envoy, make new decisions, witness their consequences, and experience a different ending!
